Cancellation Policy
At Tory Urban Retreat your treatment time and space are reserved especially for you. We value your business and as a small business ask that you respect The Retreat's scheduling policies.
If you are unable to attend your appointment please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid any cancellation fees - either by calling or emailing us. We will gladly re-book your appointment.
Please note:
Cancellations of any appointments within 12 hours of the appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the therapy fee.
Cancellations of any appointments within 3 hours of the appointment time or a no show, will incur a charge of 100% of the therapy fee.
An invoice will be emailed to you in these instances of unused Retreat time.
We thank you for your understanding in these circumstances.
